better medicine ( sinus )

for sinus issue which medicine is more effective ?

patient has
bilateral concha bullosa,
deviated nasal septum, dust alergy , if dust goes in nose he would sneeze all day and water drops all the time . mucus production all the time and every 2-3 hours he has to throw it out either through mouth or blow it by nose . if there is alergic reaction because of dust etc he will feel fever and weak , if not controlled it can go towards full fever ( 101 or 102F ) so its Allergic rhinitis .

I used sinuspax couple of years ago and it was excellent but then there was a gap , the second time i got it nothing happened so i dropped it . THis time i have bought again but i saw another medicine for same purpose( Cinnabaris Pentarkan® Ptk. 31 by schwabe ) so i was wondering which is better
