Adenoma BHP

I am 60. Have enlarged prostate. Psa level is OK. Go to toilet every 1.5-2 hr sometimes often, have wait to start urinate 30-60 sec. No pain Night times 3-4 times. Take TAMSULOSIN o.4mg for prostate problem and syntroid for thyroid 200mcg, supplement with sow palmetto. It is not help to much. I wont try homeopathic. Please give me advise. And can I take homeopathic medicine, suplements and regular medicine together? Tank you
