when you get the 30c and the mag phos cell salt,
report in when you get this- to be told when to
start it.
In other words, don't take 1M the second time
next Friday and start 30c on Saturday-report in
when you have it on you.

coloynth 1m today 2 drops .( earlier dr mehfooz said 5 drops )
tomorrow 2 drops mag phos in hot water
next day nothing
next day mag phos ...
next day nothing.
.
next day mag phos....
colynth to be used every 7 days , report after 10 days
please advise how many drops 2 or 5 . thanks
