Skin Peeling on Fingers

I had exactly that and took sulphur 30C, which got rid of it.

I have skin peeling on fingers and thumb under nails and side of nails. Fungicidal ointment has not helped for last two weeks of treatment

Try Rhus Tox 30 for a week

my fingers have never peeled before. all of a sudden a few weeks ago, they started. it is only at the tips of the last 3 fingers on the right hand. what could help. it got better but after the skin came back it peeled again?

YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF:

1. PETROLEUM 30C four times a day.
(Cracks in skin, peeling, rough and ragged,tissues hardened etc.)

2. SILICEA 30C* four times a day.
( Pale waxy skin, cracks, pus formation under nails / otherwise,itching...... Patient is always feeling chilly, hugs the fire etc. hands and feet cold. Offensive foot sweat etc.).

3. RHUS TOX 200C three times daily.
( Itching of the skin with burning sensation, skin red and swollen. Worse in wet, rainy and cold weather).

Choose one of the three medicines.
PETROLEOUM and SILICEA can also be taken in alteration....each > three times a day as they will compliment each others action.**

4. SULPHUR 200C one dose every week as an inter-current remedy i.e. to be taken along with the other chosen remedy.

* ( Also read about pecularities of SILICEA in reply to another query elsewhere on the message board ).

**( Taking medicines in alteration has to be done carefully as some medicines cancel each others action....known as "anti-dotes").

My fingers have been peeling as well in the past few months.. Right now im going through it.. its just the 3 fingers on my right hand! This is really weird.. i've read many people with it just on the right hand. I just got a manicure last week. I was thinking that was the cause. i dont suffer from dry skin and my hands never seem dry. i dont understand why this is happening.
