is it possible to build muscles with homeopathy?

Hi,i m manish,i read in a homeopathy book......that we can build muscles with help of homeopethy......is it ture......?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Homeopathic cell salts can build up your system, if INDICATED.

Remember homeopathic medicines are medicines. Medicines
are for treating something wrong. If there is nothing wrong,
then the medicine will create some problem bc there is nothing
for the medicine to do.

Get muscles the old fashioned way, eat right, exercise, lift weights.

I have talked to people who were taking some muscle building
combo from their gym. One of the ingredients was Lycopodium
in 1M strength. They were taking this stuff every day and then
came on here bc they had developed digestion problems. Then
they needed treatment for an illness that they created by taking
medicine when they were not ill.

Thank u sir,for ur reply.....i m manish and i m 25 ,i want to build body like john abrahim...but i don't want to take any chemical based or steroid based supplement.....i want to build body in natural manner....so which homeopethic medicines can i use for body building.....?

There are no homeopathic medicines for bodybuilding,,

bc body building is Not a Disease.

Homeopathic medicines are for illness.

I saw you had another post, and homeopathic meds
can help with everything that is not 100 percent well.

You list everything that is not right and then medicines
cure the problem.

Sir,i have read in a book,that if anyone want to build muscles in the gym...then Tethileen 2x or 3x can b use....and cromium 6x or 12x is also helfull and cod-liver oil is also helpfull as well........
And so other like,amlaki,alfalfa,ashvagandha....etc

I don't really agree, sorry.

There are also things to consider about Cod liver oil not being
good, that
are too complex to go into here.

My belief, is anything that is not done in moderation will
unbalance you, including trying to have muscles that
are very big. Even taking vitamins can
harm you if you are not digesting them or taking too much
of one or the other.

First you want to be healthy as the foundation of everything.
That is the most important.

After that if you want to be a weight lifter, a marathon runner,
and olympic champion then realize those people pay a price
for what they take and do in later years.

Science has proven that:

You can increase the size of muscles by weight training. Join a gym and watch them increase in size in 2-3 months. Stop the exercise and see them shrivel back in 6-8 months.

You can't increase the number of your muscle strands (muscle mass) as you are born with it. Some have more, some have less. Like height.
