Last time I took the mono dose tube.
Yesterday I vomited and had a bit of diarrhea (probably because I mix up too many different foods for lunch and I was outside home for many hours), I started feeling the fever and I didn't want to get out of the bed so I was tired. Now I've got a painful pulsating headache especially in the forehead, temples and eyes. I'm thirsty, no perspiration and no urge of urinating, also dry mouth, sense of confusion, discouragement and digestive path not moving. Why am I periodically affected by this condition every few months ad what would you suggest ?

Thanks

Bonton,

Are you saying that every few months you
have-1. vomit and diarrhea
2.fever
3.headache - dry mouth , etc?

All of these things at the same time?

Did you take the nat mur dose or not?

simone717 last decade
yes it always happens in the same way: the day before i mix up different foods because i feel excited then do excessive physical movements. On the evening I vomit acid fluids and then in few hours I got cold and finally the fever... I usually recover in no more than 3 days at the morning. I've listened to sad music and fever improved a bit then went up again!
Still haven't taken Nat Mur because I couldn't go out to the pharmacy

bonton last decade
I need to understand this better .

1. The day before... you feel excited and then do Excessive physical movements ( meaning exercise??)

2. Then on the next day you mix up different foods and
then get sick.

Do I have this right?

What are these foods you are mixing up?

Are you only mixing up foods like this at this
time?

Food can be like medicine, if you are mixing up
things that don't go well or have sensitivity to, etc-

For example, lets say I go eat ice cream and pickles-
I know I would be sick after that.

simone717 last decade
All of that usually happens the same day. The foods I mix up are different every time, I have no known sensitivity to anything and for movements I meant it isn't a gym exercise, also I can just catch cold outside but I think that are the final consequence of a psychological condition.

In fact is like I try to mask my underlying hurting feelings by a general excitement and careless behavior. Now the fever is almost gone but my skin has a bad smell and is oily because there was no perspiration, very little urination and no stool, I can't stand anymore having to keep everything inside and now when I'll come back to school I feel uncomfortable because they will know I'm not as perfect as I've always shown and I find difficult to relation with people if I don't feel inside me superior to them and every time I don't I close up in myself and avoid the conversation.
On the other hand I feel guilty when I can do something others can't, maybe because I suppose others will expect me to know everything and I feel I'll fail in a certain point so I prefer not showing me at all...

Thanks!

Thanks, please take the next dose of the nat mur and
report how you are doing after a week.

You are very self aware. All the things you write about
in the last post are really about shielding yourself from
judgement of others, if you are not perfect they will
judge you, perhaps reject you, shame you, and if
you do excel in something and and feel you must perform
at that level 24/7 ( which is impossible) then you are
vulnerable to being judged again, etc.

Perfection is a lie and a false goal that can never
be achieved. Somewhere along the way you adopted these
ways of thinking to protect yourself and it seems you
were never validated for being a normal human being
who has their ups and downs. You have standards
upside down. All people have value and are worthy of
love and respect. You have to incorporate that into
your self image, like bedrock. Otherwise you will always
be at the whim of some other human- and remember
they are just another HUMAN the same as you. Judging,
shaming, and all of that just means that those people
are very insecure within themselves or they would have
no need to do that. Don't waste your time worrying
about what they think. Find people who are kind and
accepting bc those people are healthy, more whole,
and more evolved.

3 pills and dissolve under the tongue.
Don't eat or drink for 30 minutes before
or after and avoid anything with mint.

Hello,
the evening after the fever I felt a mix of depression, sense of loosing contact with reality and resignation, I also had a pain in the hearth area and this condition didn't allow me to fall asleep. That has never happened to me before and I thought to an organic problem or that I was going to become crazy, but after I took the Nat Mur dose I suddenly felt much better. I guess the pain in the hearth was some grief come to light and somatized. In the following days I felt quite stable, except when I went sleeping after lunch because I had the sensation to not showing enough love to my parents or that I'm powerless. I was freaked out because I felt very guilt of not being able to let my feelings go when they should, for not helping my parents at feeling better and for all the bad actions I did...
Now the stool is compact instead of mushy as before. I have fear of being let alone and that I do something that will make me loose the certainties I've had for all my life despite I feel more calm, able to express myself, I still feel some insecurities and sadness in the background, also I'm having again fear of the dark and unknown like when I was younger ...

You are doing a good job here with these emotional states,
They are hard to deal with bc they always feel like it is true.

Wait a couple more days, then tell me if fear of the dark and unknown
is getting less, staying the same or increased.

Best,

Why doesn't homeopathy work in background instead of making you feel bad emotions ?

I'm not fearing dark or unknown as before. Changes are difficult because I tend to obstacle them but right now I trust life much more and I'm more able to relax not focusing obsessively on stupid questions. I also feel there is a hidden grief in me toward being happy, and I act sometime like a victim or being depressed, but why should I negate myself even a small piece of happiness ?

Thanks

bonton last decade
First Question. Bc what went in has to come out. Think of it
like emotional de-tox.
Second Question. You are supposed to be happy most of the time.
Some of this is old habits of thinking. It is good you are
noticing this. Bc even when remedies take out old negative
things, one can still have mental habits going on that they
are A. Never going to get what they want B. They are always
going to be rejected by others, not good enough and so on.

When things come out the other half is to put good things in
and re-do a negative belief system and wrong self image.
Counseling will help here from someone who is upbeat,
healthy and positive.

When we play ping pong at school I can't, because they usually continue to play for all the time not alternating with me at the end of every math and I'm embarrassed to ask them because I'm scared of a refuse, but inside me I'd like to take them down and play...
Do you think this sense of submission will disappear more and more ?

After I run for some minutes I get short of breath and I have to slow down, I'm not even able to moderately run without stopping for 10 minutes maybe due to the anemia, what can I do to improve this condition beside doing more physical activity ?

Thanks!

bonton last decade
- Yes this should get better and this
is also part of life lessons on how to deal with other
people.

I know, but there are ways of thinking so deep-rooted that is very difficult don't take them personally, and they aren't just linked to school but also affect me in relationship also with parents sometimes.
I've had anemia for all my life, the red cells are smaller and in a greater number than standard but it doesn't give me particular problems except for physical strength. When I run I also swear less than normal and the face is generally oily...
How many time before and after meals should I take cell salts ?

Thanks

Hi- I need more info on this before you take any cell salts.

1. When did you find out you had anemia?

2. What type of Anemia is this?

3.What has been the treatment for it?

4.How often do you get your blood checked?

5. I need a current CBC count.

This is something that needs attention. Besides shortness of breath,
problems with physical strength, it can have long term organ effects.
Your physical strength has a lot to do with your emotional health,
if you have low energy, everyone feels levels of depression.

simone717 last decade
1) When I did my first CBC years ago.

2) Beta-thalassemia if I'm not wrong.

3) No serious treatment because it doesn't cause me serious problems.

4) Usually once every 6 months or so.

5) what parameters do you need ?

Emotions affect my physical strength but last time I didn't feel discouraged like before, and I couldn't run without slowing down sometime as also the less trained mates easily lap me...

bonton last decade
I would think just the regular CBC would do. I want to
bring in Dr. Mohla on this.

There were documented homeopathic trials done on this
with good results-for Thalassemia Major. You are not
totally beta-thalassmeia minor as you have some
symptoms-sweat less, have weaker strength and breathlessness.

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2816384/

DR MOHLA

In the above trial patients had a treatment of
Either Ceonothus or PulsatillaQ ( depending on constitutional
matches) 10 drops 1/2 cup of water daily for 3 weeks.
One week nothing. Then Pulsatilla 30c, Ferrum Met 6c
and Ceonothis6c 2pills of each 2x a day, 20 days and nothing for
10 days. After this repeat the cycle.

Bonton is doing well on Nat Mur right now-do you think
he should add in any of the above or?? or Wait.

Thanks.

rbc 6.3 10^6/µl
hgb 13.5 g/dl
hct 42.5 %
mcv 67.8 fl
mch 21.5 pg
mchc 31.8 g/dl
rdw 14.4 %

plt 136 10^3/µl
mpv 10.4 fl
pct 0.14 %
pdw 16.5 %

there are also slightly higher levels of potassium, magnesium, sodium and total protein (especially albumin that is 64 % in a 65% max)

I've noticed that sometimes, shortly after I drink liquid (15-20 minutes) I urinate and it is colorless as if the water was expelled without being used. Could this lead to a sort of small dehydration ? I've read higher levels of minerals and proteins can be due to dehydration...

bonton last decade
how much water do you drink every day?

simone717 last decade
About 2 liter, but since I tend to forget to drink when I'm doing things, I then tend to drink a lot in a single glass.
What about the cbc ?

Hi,

Dr. Mohla is studying the info you gave on here and will
comment when he is ready.

Have you found that when you get your blood tested that it
stays in the same levels as what you posted above?

' Have you found that when you get your blood tested that it

What do you mean ?

bonton last decade
You said you get your bloodwork done every 6 months.

Are the results similar? or maybe you don't even look at this?

simone717 last decade
In the previous cbc there were slightly more WBC and RBC (with smaller MCV) and about double number of PLT.
Proteins were a bit more than now but Sodium, Magnesium and Potassium were normal, similar levels of Albumine.
