Hi All,
I would be traveling to some different country for some work and would stay in there for 1-2 years at least , I am thinking of taking couple of remedies with me which could come in handy in case there is any problem . Getting remedies shipped could be a problem there and I don't see a problem keeping a box with me when I travel for longer period as they wont expire soon . Not sure how allopathic doctors work there and how expensive they would be along with medicines .

I would be looking for remedies for things like viral fever , constipation , loose motion , cough , cold, headache, stress due to work etc. and I believe 20 to 25 remedies in store would be ok . Once I have these remedies and if I have a problem I would contact a doctor on forum for help
