Natrum mur vs Sulphur

Could anyone share some thoughts on how to differentiate sulphur from natrum mur.

I have a person here, who has skin rash, which itches. It is worse in hot weather from sunshine and from the heat of oven - heat in any form.

He sweats a lot and is thirsty. Desires salty food.

He is very intelligent and spiritually minded, very determined, always does what he wants and what he decides to do. Doesn't like to be told what to do. May get angry, but regrets almost right away.

Likes to talk a lot and cares for others.

He bathes three times a day, which would indicate natrum more then sulphur, right?

His body doesn't have any bad odour. Does sulphur always smell bad?

Would there be any specific questions to ask from him to make the selection more clear?

Thank you for any help,
