suggest me about Cydo.Vul-Q

I have a lot of problem of sexual. I read a lot of forum in this site about my problem and I understood all my symptom goes to Cydonia Vulgaris.
I found cydonia vulgaris Q. But I am confused that how to take it. is it possible to take orally? if possible how many drops, with water or not ( hot or cold). how many dose a day.
Can any one suggest me please.
