Medicine to lower serum phosphorus

What medicine in homeopathy is used to reduce serum phosphorus where kidneys are impaired due to calculi?

With high serum phosphorus is it safe to continue to take Kali Phos and Mag Phos?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Berb Q and Hydrangea Q are acclaimed remedies which you have been taking. There is no need to take kali phos and mag phos.
