incomplete erection
I have been out of regular sexual relationship for 04 years and have now again started a relationship recently. I am now going through very difficult times, when my girlfriend is with me and I try to have intercourse I dont get any erections. Infact very little erection (not even 20% of what I used to have) followed by ejaculation. When I am alone and after the sleep in the early morning I have very strong erection. Whenever I think about sex, I feel as If I am incapable. It has become a psychological barrier and I am too worried about my incompetence in this regard. I am sensitive to touch and it has slightly lowered but i still feel sensitive to it. Secondly, before intercourse attempts and whenever I am with my girlfriend I sweat alot. I am unable to eat properly and that makes me even worst in the best. If I try to watch porn, I get erection too, but with my girlfriend I can't.reallyupsetman on 2013-11-11

Conium is poison only if taken in crude form. If taken in potentize form (as the homeo medicine are), it will cure the ailments. There are many poisons used in homeopathy, so you need not to worry any thing, but follow the instructions given.

Also I think not to bother you with this, but can I take phosphorus during the week. a friend said it has also positive affects in such situation. If you dont agree I will completely abstain from any medicine for one week.

I like to appreciate and humbly thank Dr. Mohla for his patience and kind guidance. I took one dose of conium 200CH yesterday and I am strictly following Dr. Mohla's advice. Will not take any other medicine as advised by both of you. Thank you manjee for your kind advice as well. I will report back in three days as advised by Dr Mohla. regards

Dr. Mohla. It is three days when I took the medicine. During this period I didnot have any sexual interaction. I still feel that I am not very confident to do intercourse because of fear of failure. I have been observing very strong erections around 4 to 6 o clock in the morning sometimes lasting for 30 to 40 minutes. After taking the medicine, I think i have some how better feeling and my confidence is improving but when I think of actually performing my confidence gets low and my heartbeat starts to go fast, like fearful. I want to take few more days before having sexual intercourse because i dont want to be embarassed.

Thank you very much Doctor Mohla, One thing more I want to take to your attention, whenever I feel like imagining sex I have a slight pain like feeling in the lower abdomen as if something is stopping from erection. Also on routine basis, I feel like a slight pain in lower abdomen sometimes. Do you think there is something to do with prostrate? Then when I am relaxed and just try to check if can get erection by watching porn I get it immediately without much trouble. Also have usually slight pain in back may be because of my wrong sitting position. Regard

Dear Dr Mohla, The situation is the same, may be 10% better. I get anxiety or i feel over excited whenever i think or attempt intercourse. Routinely during the sleep and in the early morning i feel strong erections. I try to do intercourse but whenever i do i cant. It looks its a psychological thing. Also in routine life, It appears that if any thing happens or small things i feel my heartbeat gets fast. I feel lot of worry and anxiety. This is also true for intercourse, it appears that the erection phase is bypassed and goes directly to ejaculation stage after getting excited. Imagining intercourse makes my heartbeat fast as well. I am always worried on small things and think a lot. Finally I think I get lot of urine, I am going for urination like three times in a day, but in the evening it goes upto 6 times or more before sleeping.
