Cystic Blemish

I have extremely sensitive skin and take very good care of it. I never fail to cleanse, tone and moisturize and try to only use non-comedogenic, non-animal tested products on my fair skin. A few weeks ago a rather large CYSTIC PIMPLE came to the surface of my chin. I do not have a history of acne - only what I wound consider average pimples every now and then throughout my life. I am 23 years old and eat very well and excercise. I do have a more than average amount of stress in my job and drink pretty heavily.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to take care of this? It is red, large and hard to the touch. When it formed it was rather painful to the touch - but is now continually red and has not changed much. I would truly appreciate any advice on the subject.

*When it originally formed I tried an Aspirin mask (non-coated aspirin and water & Clinque spot treatment.)
