Treatment for post tuberculosis meningitis issues

Hello doctor,
My 21 years old female friend was diagnosed with tbm four and half month back and right then she was unconscious but after employment of right treatment she woke up and her road of recovery started. She also had hydrocephalus as a complication. But now after a long period she can eat good amount of food with mouth, she can talk now but hardly initiate any conversation but reply to every question. She's having issues like weakness that she can't even hold things in hands, stiffness in right arm and left leg which is painful so she can't walk, cognitive problem, bowel and bladder incontinence, some slurred speech. However her treatment is going on and i do know it takes time but heard that homeopathy helps great in healing. How can we fasten her recovery with homeopathy?
Thanks and regards.
