Infant - Farting, Burping and vomiting frequently
Hello Sir,My Baby is One year Old. My opinion that my baby is suffering with gas problem whenever she is taking food or milk she is burping freely some times but most of the times she is unable to do that becoz of that she is vomiting some times.
I went to allopathy doctors for this they are telling she having allergy in the body, and they are giving some temporary medicine for that.
I am Having GERD Problem when i am pregnant also.I am Giving Bottle feeding from the birth to my baby. She is interested to take milk always instead of food. But i am feeding , little rice and cerelac only once in a day.
Please suggest me any medicine which can cure her problem permanently.

1. Age, weight, height - 12 months 14 days: Weight 9 Kgs: Height 75cm
2. Physical appearance of the child (features, complexion) - dusky complexion, Not slim and not stout .. seems optimum, very loud voice, active in fact hyper active,
3. Milestones achieved and what age (teething, standing, walking) - teething 7th month; Standing 8th month; Walking 9th month.
4. Symptoms of the health problem : heavy Cold, mucous forms due to cold and makes mild noise due to mucous during night sleep, she tastes the food before eating. she only likes to take food if the salt is more. Like the salt range consumed by adults. gas in stomach and unable to push the gas out, burping after eating food or after intake of milk, sometimes vomits unable to burp
5. What makes the problem better (e.g. warmth, cold, pressure etc.) no idea.. But she is too sensitive to hot weather. she does not allow to wear sweaters and head caps. she needs fan even in cold weather.
6. What makes the problem worse (e.g. warmth, cold, pressure etc.) During winter cold increases and the nasal itching is identified some times.
7. How is the child behaving during this problem (e.g. irritable, restless, tearful etc.) - Irritable and restless.
8. How long the problem has been there: From day one of birth
9. What is the reason of the problem in mothers view : Since no mother feeding, having GERD condition while pregnancy
10. How is the stool & urine : Stool is normally in pale yellow color or dark color (From past 2 months she is going 4 times a day), semi solid, urine is very light yellow in colour..
11. How is the childs sleep: During nights she sleeps well, day time sleeping is reduced a lot now. its only 1 or 2 hrs in entire day.
12. What is the child afraid of : Loneliness
13. Where does the child sweat normally: Head
14. Any problems with nose, throat, ears, chest : Nose itching during cold, Throat, ears and chest no problem identified.
15. Describe the nature of the child (shy, headstrong etc. give details) : Not shy and not head strong. Feels happy to spend time with children. She needs attention of every one. if the people don't identify, she calls them..
16. Is the child chilly or hot : Hot during nights when it is cold, normal when it is hot weather. Never seen her chilly..
17. Was it a planned pregnancy : Not a planned pregnancy .. But cesarean delivery due to the loss of fluids from stomach as urine before one week to finish the 9 month of pregnancy.
18. How was the pregnancy of the mother (morning sickness, bleeding, happy, sad, tense etc) : Morning sickness till 5 month later on its fine, no bleeding, happy pregnancy and little tensed.
19. How is the relationship of mother & father: Good.

She takes milk for every 2 hrs duration if not have solid food. Water intake is less.

vomiting is started recently from 2 months back. its not regular. vomits weekly once. if no medicine is used she vomits twice a week.

I believe your remedy is Pulsatilla 200c.
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
For small children:
One dose is made by dissolving one pill of the remedy in half a glass of cooled, boiled water. Stir it and take one tea spoon from it.
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Report back with changes observed.
DONT TAKE ANY MORE DOSE OR ANY OTHER REMEDY UNLESS I TELL YOU.

Hi Sir,
We used the medicine as directed but i didn't find any change in the baby i observed for two days .

Given on 10th DEC Night and 11th DEC morning by taking the gap of 12 Hours. On 12th DEC after noon while feeding she vomited the food as usual as earlier.

Is her nose blocked all the time or only during night.
What is the color of the nasal discharge.

Her nose is not blocked always. But when ever cold is there it used to be blocked with yellow mucous. It happens 10 to 15 days in a month. When ever she suffers with this cold I used to give her BICO-5. By using this medication for 1 month (every day in the mornings - 2 pills), cold has almost reduced, but she used to go to motion 4 times a day (Not loose motion.. normal motion only). So I stopped using it. Now she goes to motion once or twice in a day which is normal.
Her Tongue is with white coating which is seen only in the mornings. Nasal discharge is watery in the beginning later on it turns to pale yellow jelly mucous.
