This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
If there was any injury to your penis and there is pain, then it requires treatment, otherwise its normal.

All males have one testicle bigger and one smaller, its normal. Unless there was some injury or pain, no need to do anything.

No need to take these remedies, you are fine without them.

Just eat balance diet, exercise, sleep enough and keep yourself well hydrated.

You can get your sperm analysis from any medical lab.

Your penis is fine, stop worrying about it.

Eat 9 almonds per day, it will improve memory and your sex life.

Almonds should be fresh taken out from the shells by you. Not the ones available already shelled.

Has your penis been always like this or was it harder before

How is your sex desire

Do you normally feel hot or cold

How is your thirst

Explain your personality i.e. what type of a person are you

How do you feel about this problem of less hard penis

How much do you masturbate
