strange humming buzzing sound in head

Hello my name is Karen. I am 32 years old. Since after the birth of my first child I have noticed this humming/buzzing in my head. I have never had this symptom before. It comes in cycles-- sometimes it is very faint and I can ignore it and go about my day. Other times, for whatever reason, it comes back loud. It is very hard for me to concentrate when I hear it. And because I do not know what it causing it, it makes me a little depressed. I have had MRI and hearing tests done at the hospital and results are nl.
