This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Take another dose of phos 1M. Talk to your homeopath
on how often you may do this.

Ok, if you took 1 M and it worked then stopped working
after 2 months, it would make sense that you need more
of the 1M again. Usually when a remedy works, then
there are longer and longer gaps between needing to take it
again, until you finally don't need it at all.

Phosphorus 200 was given at first and after 4months changed to phosphorus 1000. i took it for 8months and then stopped taking it. So after stopping the medicine my hairfall is back again. this time more hairfall. So should i start with phosphorus200 or directly with phosphorus1000?

Find a new homeopath in person for yourself.

When you overdose on remedies you will bring BACK everything
it helped you with. You are in the process of harming yourself.
