The ABC Homeopathy Forum

Ongoing high temperature.

My daughter has an ongoing fever for six days now. She usually wakes up with a fever of 101ºF. You can't tell that she is sick any more. She sometimes feels a little grumpy (when her temperature rises) and I am able to tell she is not well. It rises 2-3 times a day, just as it did the first days.
She has been coughing a lot, a mucousy consistent cough. A doctor saw her yesterday and said her throat and chest are clear, but wasn't able to give as an answer about the fever.
I used the Remedy Finder and decided to give her pulsatilla, as it matched her symptoms and has worked well for her before. The sound of the cough improved- it sounds dryer now, but she coughs more often and the fever has not changed at all!
Hope someone can help.

Thanks, Mich.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I forgot to mention that her fever easily goes down with medication.

After someone mentioning it and after I checked the symptoms online, walking or atypical pneumonia might be causing this. Any advice?

Please give her Belladonna 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over a week.
