What about excessive sweating on least exertion?

Dear Mr Sahai,
Thank you very much for you mail. I am sorry if my update was not complete.During the last one week I had cramps only twice and the duration was short enough and the pain was also much less . .
Regarding my sweating , I tried walking only today after a gap of about 45 days and found much improvement meaning my sweating appeared to be close to normal only.I have taken precautions to pad up my foot with an anklet and stretch bandage to allow the least strain to my foot.I realised no pain even after my walking the usual distance I used to, of course taking all precautions as you had advised
Regards
Venkat

Dear Mr Sahai ,
Perhaps it is time to send my update as it is more than two weeks since I sent my last update.
My sleep is much better . My abdominal syptoms have shown appreciable improvements for the better.Pain on my left foot is just residual which I realise Only during rest and it does not bother me while I walk. Do I need to be taken Rhus for this??.
Incidentally I would like to mention I have started my
morning walk taking adequate precautions to protect my foot from any strains
The occurence of cramps are fewer now and also less painful and lasts forshorter duration. My sweating appears to be improving meaning I don't sweat as easily as I did earlier.
I have generally noticed an appreciable improvemnts on all fronts and sense of well being.
Thank you for your guidance
Regards
Venkat

Yes, Rhus Tox 200C, if you have pain while leaving the rest position and the pain gradually fades off during the course of movement and you like pressing/warming the part. Stop arnica then. Prepare the R in the same way and repeat only on as required basis.

Dear Mr Sahai,
Thank you very much forur advice . will start Rhus200 in water dose as and when I really feel the pain . will post you feedback.
Is there any harm continuing Arnica on other days in wet dose on a regular basis as being recommended by Joe De Livera
Thanks
Regards
Venkat

Joe De Livera is taking every day because it suits him. If he leaves it for a few days, he feels unwell. These things differ from individual to individual. What suits your system is to be determined by you. As a matter of common sense, your system does not require any medication unless it helps.
