frequent heavy urination

Dear respected docs,
I am a male of 26.recently I have been suffering from frequent heavy urination..it all started all on a sudden on 24th December..almost 17-18 times over a whole day with 300-350 ml urine each time.
I have also the following complications:
1. after taking water(only a glass), I have to go to restroom 3/4 times in 2hours.
2.I used to take 3 litres of water.but now it seems very difficult.
3.feet are usually sweaty.
4. used to have Sharp pain from left testicles to lower left.sometimes the pain travelled to right. now a days.the pain has become consistent.
5.I am having erectile dysfunctions too after the start of the problem.
6.last 1 month,had always felt bloating problems and irregular bowel activity.
7.whenever I try to evacuate gas, the pressure creates urination urging rather than gas evacuation.
8.after the start of heavy urination, always having a burning sensation in whole penile and anus area..very blunt burning sensation.
9.my weight is 85 with a height 5' 7'
10.have masterbation habit. though not doin regularly over a couple of months.
11.have heavy fascination for red meats and beverages.(coke/sprite)
doctors, feeling very helpless. took antibiotic over last week but didn't help a bit. done test..all came normal.
