side effect due to overmastubation

I am 30 years old masturbating from 16 years old now i am too mach weak sexually and physically masturbation is habit for i cant sleep without masturbation. pl suggest me medicine for that so that i can live like a normal man . and also i have prob of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.
