Internal abdominal adhesions from c-section

I am 37 years old. I have had 3 c-sections and one vbac. My last birth was in 2003 and I had a tubal ligation.

I am considering having my tubal reversed but I am very worried about scar tissue and adhesions. I have read about Thiosinaminium and silicea. Would that be the right thing for me to use to try and break down some of the adhesions? Would it work after so many years?

The one concern I have with this is that I do not want the strong scar on my uterus to be broken down! I want that to be nice and healed up in case I am able to have another baby.

Thoughts?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thios is a good choice. How it will dissolve the scar is anyone's guess. With a gentle dose e.g. 3x, once a day for 6 months might show delicate removal of scar tissue.
