This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
How many doses of Arnica did you give?
What was the potency?

How do you know for sure he did not have this condition
before the Arnica?

Thank you for responding. I tried to update the original post but couldnt. here is more info and answer to your question. He was given 3 doses of arnica 30c. He did not have a heart murmur prior to this as verified by his vet. Over the last 2 weeks he was given veratum album which did not seem to help. then arsenicum album which caused him to become restless and exacerbated diarrhea which the veratum was given for. Somewhere in there he developed leg pain and has swolen lymph glands due to probable lymphoma. Arnica seemed to help but then fluid swelling developed around his throat for which apis was given. based on temperment changes, I think the arnica caused this because the throat swelling started then also. any help is greatly appreciated! additional info:swelling became worse after arnica, but apis was given night before vet apointment where murmur was found so on second thought maybe not the arnica? vet apointment one day, no murmur, next day, grade 3 murmur...

The Arnica is a low potency and is not going to have
lasting effect, it will wear off.

Thank you very much! Any idea how long this may take? Also, May I ask if you or anyone else thinks that any of the other remedies given could have contributed to this and if they will wear off soon also?

The remedies if given in 30c should wear off in a couple weeks.

Remember there is no material substance in a remedy above
a 12x potency, it is a water molecule imprint.

Are you deciding what to give yourself?
It is best if you have supervision on this from a homeopathic vet.

Thank you for the info simone. These were given by a vet.

Your comment about material substance confuses me. Aren't higher dilutions more potent and thuse either longer acting or stronger in effect?

Now im wondering what i can give him to negate everything quickly so he will feel better...

These high potency medicines are not dangerous in the traditional sense of toxicology. They are simply deeper-acting medicines which have the potential to create a healing crisis, that is, an increase in certain superficial symptoms (often skin symptoms) as the homeopathic medicine stimulates the deeper internal health of the person.
If a homeopathically uneducated person experiences a healing crisis, he or she may not realize that these new symptoms are actually benefiting their health, and this person may become anxious or even seek conventional medical treatment for these new symptoms. Such a medical intervention may significantly reduce the healing benefit of the homeopathic medicine that may not be easily re-established.

The above is a quote from Dana Ullman, well known in
homeopathic circles.

I have no idea how well trained in homeopathy your vet is-
the vet should know how and when to antidote or you
need to talk about the case with another homeopathic trained
vet- even online - as it sounds like there are serious health
issues that are not having normal responses from remedies.

Good Luck.
