Heart palpitations / phobia

Hi,

I am a 23 year old male.

I recently was laying in bed when i noticed my heart beat thumping through my chest, it was at a completely normal rate but i started to really freak out for no apparent reason, i had 2 anxiety attacks in the space of a few hours and could not get back to bed that night for the fear of feeling it again.

I tried to sleep but had to keep shaking my arms and legs to take my mind off the feeling until i fall asleep.

Its been 1 week since this has happened and i have barely been sleeping because i am terrified of the feeling.. I generally go to bed at 10 or 11pm and have been falling asleep at 4am, having to turn my TV on and again shaking myself to sleep to avoid the feeling.

I just tried to do some meditation but could feel it thumping as my mind is constantly thinking about it and i freak out and need to go out and do something.

I can not sit still or lay still anymore.

I have no idea why this is happening, i know my heart is fine, i know i am healthy .
I appreciate anybodys help with this .

Thanks
