Microfracture surgery on right knee

I will be having microfracture surgery on my right knee next week, and a friend advised me to get Arnica, and Symphytum to heal faster.

At home, I already have Arnica 30x, Arnica 200ck, and Symphytum 30c.

My question is how much Arnica should I take before and after the surgery, and for how long? and how much Symphytum I need to take after the surgery.

start taking arnica 200,five pills three times a day 3 days before and continue 3 days after,and start symph,after surgery,three times a day till healing takes place in addition you can also have calc phos 6x ,5 tablets three times a day.

The reason for this surgery is to repair a full thickness cartilage loss. Should I take Ruta Graveolens 30X after the surgery? and if so how much and how often?
