Mag Phos 6X is a cell salt. You can take it alongside any medicine, whenever and as long as you feel menstrual cramps. You may take 4 tabs now and 4 tabs in the night.
Tomorrow morning: take a single dose of Lyco 30
Dissolve 2 drops in 8oz disposable cup filled with water, stir a few times and take a spoon from it once only. Throw away rest of the water.
Update after 3 days.
