Im suffering from pilonidal cyst problem for last 3 years. I want to try the treatment... can you please suggest some remedy as there are many remedies written and I becomes difficult to understand.

small improvement,
cyst swelling,
three days ones very small pus drain ,
light pain
shall i continue same medicine
i'm facing this problem last 4 years , so i'm mentally upset , i'm not intrest to do other works and all

2. In place of Merc Sol, pl take Myristica-200 every day
Pl give feedback after one week

i taken myristica liquid form and heper sulp ,
last five days the cyst big size and filled with white pus
but not open and drain , small pain is there

Calandula Q 5 drops mixed in hot mustard oil apply on the affected area with a cotton will help brust the cyst and will also help your pain.
Continue med as advised.

I would like to revise the treatment as follows
1. Hepar Sulph-200 6 pills twice a day

date 28/4/2014 to 8/5/2014 pus drain hole is closed , no pus formed,
after 9/5/2014 till today pus formed big size, but not drain , because drain holes closed,
if i press the pus place, pus drain in anal hole,
i checked anal hole in finger, i feel anal hole side small hole is there,
anal hole to pus forming place distance 15 mm
and in the pus formed place the looking white hard skin like wart type is there
i don't know what is the problem

I personally feel there is an improvement.
One more medicine I would like to add is
Gun Powder-3x one tablet twice a day.
Other medicines to continue as it is.
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between all the daily medicines.
Pl take this treatment for 10 days and then give feedback
