Teeth decay/remineralize in 19month old

My 19 month got his first central incisor through at 4 months. It came through with a whiter patch on the bottoms (looks like fluorosis but very unlikely to be as he was ebf) On the top of this tooth was also a very small light brown patch which looks like an iron stain (again he was ebf and I dont take iron so unlikely to be this)

The lacteral incisor next to this came through with a thick whiter line between the gum line and the tooth which looks like early decay although it may be similar to the patch on his other tooth.

He had a bad upper lip tie which he partly tore by accident at 14 months and completely ripped last week.

He has a super healthy diet. Very Western A Price sytle with only healthy soaked grains, no sugar, cod liver oil , probiotics.

I'm looking at adding in tissue salts to help heal whatever these issues are with his teeth. Can anyone please suggest which ones to take and how much etc.

Also if anyone has any suggestions as to what's going on with his teeth I'd appreciate your opinion.

TIA.

You may give him one pellet of calc fluor 6x twice a day for 7 days. If there is no noticeable improvement Silicea 6x may be given in the same way.
