This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Is the pain more initially and reduces after a bit of movement?

Does it increase in cold environments and is better when its warm outside?

Inside, does it feel hot? Is it swollen?

Please take a few doses of RHUS TOX 200C every 6 hours. Don't take more than 6 doses in any case initially without getting a response.

As soon as the pain reduces, taper down the frequency to once a day and then to once in 2 days. Stop all doses as soon as you get relieved of the pain.
