Sir I am 23 Years old man. I study IT Indusries so i am alway forgets and remmeber own ours notes 10 times needs to practice but also forgets. I am works on 10 hours on computer. My weight 46 kg and i am thin. som told to me use omega 3 faty acid for best memory .But omega 3 fatty acid got in fish i want veg hemeopathic mdeicine omega 3 fatty acid.And best medicine provide me for best health.
