Please help me to get fresh hair growth

Here's my description:
gender: female
age:25 years
weight: 50kg
height: 5'2''
Single/Married -single
country-india
City-Kolkata
List of problems,its been 7 years each day I am facing huge hair loss,and mainly I loss my hair from the front side,my forehead is getting bigger.To get new hair growth I have tried all the possible things I had to try.Now its driving me crazy when I stand in front of the mirror and I actually found nothing left to get a pony tale.
Please help me to get some fresh hair growth.

*I don't have any health issue.
