stomach infection with hypothroid

Sir, I ate a roadside omelette some 3 months back. This causes me continuous urge to go latrine. I contacted an allopath. He advised me to get TSH,T3 & T4 tests done alongwith ultrasound. My TSH findings were 15.3 and t3 and t4 were in normal range.Doctor diagnosed me as sub clinical hypothroid and advised Thyrox 25mg daily and Norflox TZ for 3 days.I am eating Thyrox 25 mg daily. But my continuous urge to go latrine is still not treated. Plz advise some homeopathy medicines.I feel my abdomen bloated everytime.I go to 3-4 times toilet daily in the morning.I have also little pain in the middle of my abdomen.I am male and 38 years in age with 5'10' height. My weight is 100 kg.Some other symptoms of my problem are my motions are somewhat loose. My motions are in loose pasty form and a little dark in colour.Whenever i stand, i feel stress/pressure in my rectal area, which gives me fear that i may have to go latrine. All the day, i feel my stomach is full. Please suggest some medicine and advise, Is it colitis/gastritis or some intestinal infection or due to hypothyroid and for how many days i have to take medicine. Also advise me the diet/ fruits/pulses/vegetable/milk etc to take or ignore.Thanks,S.K.
