Please help me choose!! Dr. Varma, Dr. Stanton, Erika, Someone?

Hello,

Ive been stuck for a few years in a life style (rare social interaction) I cant bear any longer but cant seem to find motivation to change it. And I feel very sad, irritable and anxious at the same time.
Ive tried a few remedies but they have helped only for a while or little (Aurum met 1MK, Causticum 10MK, Pulsatilla 10MK and Ignatia 1MK for min. 3 weeks).
Im 34 yrs of age, female, unmarried and have an introverted personality.

I think I could be a Lycopodium or a Staphysagria but I have some symptoms that arent indicated in the lists of these remedies:

Sigh often (during pleasant and unpleasant thoughts)
Sometimes have pillow marks on face when I awake
Exercise helps to relieve tension
Tendency to pick skin of face and fingernails (Nail biting, white marks on finger nails)
Tears (very tired, chilly wind, laughing at something very funny)
Cheeks ache if I laugh a lot
Tension and soreness shoulder area when sitting in front of PC for a few hrs
Itchy thighs when I go out in chilly weather
In summertime on my inner thighs appear red circles when Im under direct sunshine
Left foot and breast ½ size bigger
Sometimes bite on lower lip when anxious
If the air is chilly in the morning (especially), I sneeze repeatedly
Sometimes I feel the need to cover ears because they feel over exposed
Itchy scalp when I exercise in Summer
Like cold foods/drinks in Summer and warm foods/drinks in Winter
When I read, I see a word for another if it has similar spelling

Could you please tell me which remedy is the right one and which dose is appropriate considering Ive suffered from depression for 5 yrs and anxiety for 20?

Madam, however, the symptoms you mentioned are insufficient nevertheless, I would like you suggested Lachasis 1M fortnightly. Mind that no other medicine should follow Lachesis. Tell us just before the second dose.
