Labyrinthitis

My 17 year old daughter has labyrinthitis again - she gets it when she is under stress with too much school work. Symptoms: dizziness and nausea (no ear pain or tinnitis). Under stress she becomes very irritable, and very anxious about keeping everything tidy, complaining a lot; feeling lonely and thinks she is unpopular and ugly; lack of self esteem. Some lower back pain. Very conscientious but feels too driven by too many subjects - very artistic and imaginative.
