We started discussion in my previous post( 3 months old baby with acid reflux). I'm very stressed( now a little better) after traumatic delivery and also my sons severe reflux.

reading your other thread- if you have had yeast/candida in the past,
md.'s advise taking probiotics daily for at least 2 to three months.
Find one that has 8 strains of bacteria and that works well with your body.
Start out with one dose a day and work up to 2 if needed. People may
have to experiment with different brands to find one that they
are comfortable with and sometimes you can take one for a few weeks,
then get constipated or loose bowels and then you switch to another one.

You have to get the right flora balance back into your gut- everyone has
candida in the gut, the right flora controls it. Also candida/yeast lives
off of sugar, so wanting a lot of sugar and starchy foods which convert
into sugar easily has to be an adjustment in the diet. Drs tell patients to
try and eat mostly protein and vegetables for awhile till the flora is
re-balanced. There are probiotics for babies also.

Thanks Simone,
I been taking probiotic for at least 5 months now( different once). My son is also on probiotic for 4-5 months. I also been on a very strict diet( because of him), started eating sugar just lately( really crave sweet!). Thinking of cutting all the sugar again- does it have to include all the fruit? Thanks!

Fitness,we discust it before(i know you have a lot of cases and dont remember), but i'm just going to copy the tread:
Why was it not vaginal delivery.
I was overdue and didn't have a choice, because I wanted to have a baby in the hospital, so I had to have an induction. So 2 days of induction, 20 hr of labor, baby got stuck- c-section.
What were you feeling during & after delivery. Which feelings have not resolved even now.
I didn't want to be induced, so I cried for 3 days before scheduled induction. Delivery was so long- so many feelings! First- guilty. I strongly felt( and still do) what my baby wasn't ready to come out yet. A little angry at him- because he didn't come out and now I have to have an induction.
Felt so sorry for him- he was under stress too, and scared.
After delivery I was so tired, and medicated I didn't really feel anything.
Now I still feel very guilty, and also sad because it was such a bad experience.
What do you feel when you think about that time now.
Sad. I want to let it go and forget it.

Yes- leg cramps are better if I strech my toes or if I pour cold water on my legs. Massage helps too.
I'm just very stressed- after stressetful time with delivery, caring for a baby with reflux. I'm tired and very emotional.
A-38: no discharge, just blocked.
My sinus surgery was 10 y.ago. They streighten out my septum( childhood injury) Nose was blocked because of that, but I still can't breathe thru it( I guess just not use to it)
A-44: use to be all the time before my pregnancy, now some times.
One of my tooth never grew.

Why did we discuss these details and did I prescribe anything after the first time.

We discussed it because of my sons reflux. No you didn't prescribe anything for me- I started this tread for me, so we don't mix the two cases.

Your remedy is: Natrum Muriaticum 200c.

HOW TO TAKE THE REMEDY:
Please take two doses 12 hrs apart. Just two doses. Not daily.
Report back in 7 days with changes observed.

TIME OF DOSE:
First dose: At night before sleeping.
Second dose: 12 hrs after the first dose.
Don’t take any more dose or any other remedy unless I tell you.

PILLS/PELLETS:
If your remedy is in the form of pills:
One dose is one pill.
Dissolve the pill in mouth.

LIQUID REMEDY:
If your remedy is in liquid form:
Put one drop of the remedy in half glass of water, stir and take one tea spoon from it.
That’s one dose.
Use the same mixture for subsequent doses, if required.
Don’t refrigerate the mixture. Put it anywhere covered, away from direct sunlight.

PRECAUTIONS:
If there is significant worsening of symptoms (called homeopathic aggravation) after the first dose, then don’t take the second dose.
Don’t take any other homeopathic remedy during this treatment.
Give a break of at least 10 minutes before eating/drinking anything before or after taking the remedy.
During the treatment, don’t eat anything which you have never had all your life.

HOMEOPATHIC AGGRAVATION
Sometimes the symptoms for which treatment is being done can worsen after taking the homeopathic remedy. This is homeopathic aggravation and a good sign. It usually dies down within 24-48 hrs. During this time you can use any non-medicinal means to keep yourself comfortable. If the aggravation seems excessive, you can use any & all means necessary (including taking allopathic medicines) to keep yourself comfortable. Keep your homeopath fully updated if this happens.

HOW TO GIVE FEEDBACK:
A good example of how to report your progress is by giving %age improvement for all your health problems e.g.
Headache: 30% better
Low energy level: 50% better
Anxiety: 40% better
Sadness: No change
Depression: Worse
And so on list all your complaints.

GENERAL INFO ABOUT HOMEOPATHIC PRESCRIBING:
If someone is giving several remedies, without waiting to see the effect of one remedy, then it is totally against the core principles of homeopathy. Such an approach is unlikely to give permanent cure, rather it may distort actual symptoms making subsequent cure even more difficult.

DIETARY GUIDELINES:
Homeopathy is not magic and it can only work when all other supportive strategies are also used. To make sure you are cured as fast as possible and stay that way please change your lifestyle to include the following:

1. Start eating half cup of low fat, plain, non-flavored yogurt with live cultures daily in the morning or with lunch. If you have homemade yogurt that’s the best.
2. Stop all processed foods e.g. white bread, white rice, white burgers etc.
3. Eat whole foods only i.e. whole grain bread, brown rice, brown burgers etc.
4. The bread should be high in bran content & the flour should be coarse ground.
5. Start eating a small bowl of salad at least once a day e.g. it should contain cucumber, carrots, salad leaves, tomato and any vegetable you like. Put a dressing of olive oil & raw apple cider vinegar and put some salt & black pepper to your liking.
6. Eat at least 1-2 fruits per day e.g. apple, orange etc.
7. Drink enough water so that your urine is clear. Yellow colored urine is a good indication that you are dehydrated.
8. Eat only when hungry and when eating, don’t overstuff yourself.
9. Focus on food only when you eat i.e. don’t divert your attention by watching tv etc.
10. Exercise:
• Aerobic activity e.g. Start walking at least 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week with your spouse/friend and achieve your target heart rate.
• Strength training e.g. Start weight training at least 20 minutes 3 days a week.

NOTE: Yogurt can cause increased mucus generation in some individuals, if you are like that, don’t eat yogurt. Rather start eating roasted black chick peas (also known as Bengal Gram) daily.
