1.Scalp Psoriasis, Fishy skin Itching , Feel Crawling aunts on Head,

2. Tinnitus...Continuously Whistling in Both ears since dont know.

3. Having Vertigo since Dont know.

4. Having Gap In Back Bone Uper Neck And Lower near to Hip.

5. Muscle Weakness in all body.

I am Male , Age 35years and merried. Hight 6.01 waight almost 82kg.

Please Suggest Me the remedies and its dosage. Thanking you
