Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Disease

I am 72 years old Man BP Patient facing Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Disease after brain brain hemorrhage>Paralysis two months ago. Paralysis recovery is almost 90% achieved. But chronic pedal edema is a major problem with pain. Latest Sonography Conclusions are: A:- Bilateral Renal Parenchymal Disease. B:- Left Renal Cysts (Bosniak Type-I). C:- Mild Thining of Cortial Tissue with increased ecogenicity.
Request you to kindly suggest appropriate Medicine.

natrum sulph and kali phos 6x,3 tablets of each 3 times a day and a feed back every 4 days.

Thanks, will follow exactly. Request you to suggest some medicine for Pain. Once pedal edema is achieved its very-very painful and sometime (in unavoidable conditions) tablet of Diclofenac Sod. is taken. As per Dr's advice it is harmful.
