Scalp Cyst

Patient is 65 years old female. She is thin, soft spoken and has immense endurance. She has a history of Scalp cysts. The cyst is hard on outside. Pus started to leak from it. The cyst has many outlets. But the pus is not coming out heavily as the outer skin is still hard but the growth is soft and contains pus. It's painful and as it is on her head on the right side, she has to lye down only on her left side which disturbs her sleep a lot. She is nearly sleepless upto 4 am everyday. Its now totally ripe but not burst yet. What to do now ? She feels better if washed with cold water than warm water.

Medicines used till date are:

Hepar Sulph 6x
Calc Sulph 6x
Silicea 6
Myristica 30 and Q as lotion

Please help to erupt this.
