Dr kadwa : Help mom swollen body joint pain

My mom is suffering from pain in hand and legs joints and the same is swollen also.
Swollen such thing that nobody cant touch her on that area.
Her normal chores like she cant get up from pot sheet ,make her hairs and she cant even have her shoulder go much higher.
I have got Rheumatoid Factor done with result as Negative.
She has thyroid and results are yet to come but she is taking her medicine for last 4 years.

Her condition has aggravates so much in last 10 days she is literately not able to bear pain.

Eating and liking
Sweet : Not much interested
Salt : yes she like to eat normal
water : she likes drinking water
Likes to work and tries to keep working slowly though.
Her bowel movements are fine.
She is running menopause(Not yet Over).

Dr Kadwa Pls help.

Pl give her
1. Medorrihinum-1m 6 pills at bed time (only one dose)
Next day : no medicines
Then start
2. China-200 6 pills morning
3. Colchicum-200 6 pills evening

Pl take this treatment or 10 days (i.e. medicine no 2 and 3)

Pl give feedback after 10 days

She has been diagnosed with RA symptoms but the test shows negative.

Medicine as suggested is not working.

Please give her three doses of Sepia 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

If this doesn't work give Natrum Mur 200 in the same way after 15 days.
