Heel and back of ankle pain
I was diagnosed with plantar fasciities. Pain lasted for almost 6 months. After i did some stretching calf muscles exercise, the pain went down. But now i am having heel and back of heel/ankle pain only in left foot. Stretching is not at all helping. Took calc flr 6x and silicea 6x for week. Did not work.. Please help.I am 49 years old male, from Singapore.
I have high cholesterol, and need to start jogging..
I do not have any other problem apart from high cholesterol.

Pl take following medicines
1. Rhus Tox-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Ledum Pal-200 6 pills twice a day
3. Calc Phos-6x + Clac Fluor-6x (3+3) tablets twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2 and 3
Pl apply heating pad for some time every day
Pl take this treatment for 15 days and then give feedback

Back of the heel pain haas been reduced now. But since yesterday, bottom of my heel has started paining a lot. Even if i am sleeping, or sitting, it pains. It pains for 2-3 seconds, then the pain goes off for a minute or so. Then it comes back again. Please help.

No luck. Had to take painkiller today. But that works only for sometime. The pain will come back after i stop painkiller.

Hello Mr. Tamhankar, still no luck. There is no improvement yet. If I walk on marble floor without sleepers, pain starts in the right foot as well.
Now if I take pain killer (para or bruffen), the pain comes down by almost 80%. But after its affect is gone, it shoots up again.

Pl continue the treatment for next week. It may little more time to act. After one week pl give me feedback. That time we will review the case if required.

I am little bit surprised why the well selected medicines are not working properly.
OK. Pl take Thus Tox-1m in place of Rhus Tox-200. and it is one dose in a day (and not 2 doses).You can take Rhus Tox-1m 6 pills at bed time every day for one week and then give feedback
Other medicines to continue as it is.
Also take Vitamin D capsules recommended dose per day. (there is different recommended dose for per day or per week etc)
