constitutional treatment for this- one remedy at a time.
You also have eczema, which when suppressed causes allergies,
and when those are suppressed causes Asthma and then
the asthma was suppressed-
And you can't cure this by self prescribing things for yourself
every few days like sulphur or rhus tox- the whole thing
has to be looked at - and your state of health raised up.
This means if the right remedy is chosen for you- asthma is
going to flare up and then allergies, then eczema and so on
and this includes the chronic fissure. Things will go backwards
in the order they appeared.
This would be a long involved case that needs supervision for
what will come up. If you want to advise what area you are
in I can list some good homeopaths for you to see in person
or via skype.

in Mumbai. Dr. Narendra Mehta-
His site is http://www.NDhomeopathy.com
I am confident he can handle your case.
You could also email Dr. Mrinal Mohapatra, who is a big
contributor on Hpathy- I am not sure where he is but he
could tell you at least one excellent classical female homeopath
in Mumbai and probably some others.http://about.me/dr.of.art
