You can continue with SEPIA 1M one dose per month.

Meanwhile look up HEPAR SULPH and see how much are you close to it in terms of modalities and mentals.

Hi Rishi,

I've been taking the Sepia 1M for a long time now.

I believe I started off by taking it once every 4 weeks then extended it to every 6 weeks or something.

My problems did get better. In fact, one of the major problems that I had before, which was severe stomach ache and vomiting on the first 2 days of my periods is almost gone.

What basically happens is my body tells me I need the Sepia dose because I start craving fizzy drinks, nausea starts kicking in and my sexual desires also go up, and that's when I know its time for my Sepia dose.

Until now, it was helping, but I took the Sepia dose this time and it pretty much did nothing, sadly.

Also, the problem that is still there is acne. My skin clears up after my period a little, but I still get a lot of tiny red, white faced pimples on my face. I also have acne on my back and shoulders.

Thank you for your time and help.

It seems you need to up the potency.

Take a single dose of SEPIA 10M and wait for a week before it starts showing effects.

I hope 10M will hold a lot longer.

Thank you, Rishi.

I am just curious. Why have I stopped responding to the 1M dose? And, why is the higher potency required?

sugar_21 8 years ago
Its normal. Our body stops responding to the same stimulus after a period of time.
So, we need to change the stimulus.

If you think you still need SEPIA, you can take the next higher potency. It should hold for a much longer time or even cure your problems for ever.

If 1M hasn't been able to do it, lets hope 10M will.

Thanks, I've taken the dose. lets see now.

There's another thing that I needed your advice for. So, about almost a year ago, I bumped into the house furniture and damaged my toe nail so badly that it has completely turned white afterwards.

I didn't pay attention to it sadly. I thought it would just heal on its own but its been a year and no progress the nail has turned white.

I am attaching the image.

Please post another closer and clear picture of the affected part. I can't figure which is your affected nail. The big-toe nail is not fully visible.

Is there any pain? or any unusual sensation?

Sorry for the confusion. Its the feet finger nail. It only hurts when I wear foot wear that is closed, so basically when anything presses against that particular nail then it hurts.

Here is a cropped version of the nail image.

SILICEA 1M single dose to be taken only once in the morning.

Have a gap of some 15 days with Sepia.

Hi Rishi,

I took the Sepia 10M dose on the 6th of june after I stopped responding to the 1M dose.

Things got a little better but now I'm back to my usual bad state. My period is around the corner. I am retching all the time, the nausea is really bad in the morning. I think it has a lot to do with my mental state as well. I am currently under a lot of stress and I feel anxious most of the time. Sometimes the anxiety is so bad that I feel as if something is walking on my body. The reason for my stress is an arranged marriage to a guy who has no interest in talking to me.

I am also getting tiny red pimples all over, skin is getting very sensitive as well.

Please recommend something. Thank you for always being here for me.

I understand you have got married and there has been a major change in your emotional state.

It is expected that such major mental upheavals will hamper the curing process. Unless you accept the marriage 'as it is' or come out of it, your emotions are liable to remain turbulent.

You can take a dose of IGNATIA 200C once just before going to sleep.

Let me know if you felt better. But I must tell you, this is only a palliative remedy to ease yourself for the time being.

My wedding is in november actually. There is a lot of family pressure. I can't possibly get out of it happily anyways, because a lot of people are going to be hurt if I were to take this decision.

I am working on the acceptance part but the anxiety does get bad sometimes.

I bought the Ignatia remedy the day before and I have just taken it once so far. I'll let you know how it goes.

I was wondering if I could repeat the Sepia 10M dose perhaps? It has been 1 month since my last dose.

Do your physical symptoms actually call for a repeat of SEPIA?

As I understand, your present condition is predominantly mental and this, I think, is natural before an arranged marriage. Ignatia was suggested to calm you mentally and go through this transition in life with ease.

Have your physical symptoms, for which you have been taking SEPIA, returned?

SEPIA 10M is generally not repeated so frequently...but again it depends on return of symptoms.

The nausea is there, but it never went away in the first place. Some days are worse, I've noticed.

The acne is also all over, but again I'm closer to my period and that always happens. I have tiny red pimples all over my face, shoulders and neck, and they hurt.

Other than that, I've noticed that Sepia makes me feel at ease sexually. When I feel like the dose wears off, I start getting strong desires.

I would suggest a dose of NATRUM MUR 1M instead.

This is a complementary remedy to SEPIA and covers all your present symptoms. Your sexual uneasiness may be well addressed by Natrum Mur.

Hi Rishi,

I have not received my natmur 1M remedy yet. My sexual uneasiness and nausea got really bad, so I just took the Sepia dose again. The sexual uneasiness did go away, but the nausea stays (bad in the morning, improves gradually as the day progresses).

I do have the Natmur 200 dose at home. Should I take that?

I want to list some of my other problems/ symptoms.

Body flatulence is becoming a big problem these days. I don't suffer from constipation but there is a lot of gas build up. Sometimes the stomach starts hurting due to excess gas build up when I'm not able to release it.

I feel like my pimples and skin is getting worse in general and it worries me because my fiance is very concerned about outwardly appearance. Now hardly my face stays clear for about a week and half and that is when my periods start and a week after they finish. I am also getting pimples on my forehead which is unusual because my forehead pretty much stayed clear. I want to mention that when as a teenager and started getting pimples I got them first on my forehead.

Sexually, I feel at ease after taking Sepia but closer to the period I do feel uneasy.

Emotionally, I have accepted what is, talking about my arranged marriage but I can't help feeling dejected sometimes but severe anxiety is gone.

Suggest me if I should take the Natmur 200 remedy or wait till the 1M remedy comes? Or continue with Sepia.

Thank you.

You can take NAT MUR 200C some three doses on a single day, each dose 12 hours apart.

Let me know after 15 days how it helped you in all your problems.

If in case Natrum Mur doesn't help much, we will find another remedy to address your gastric problems.
