Homepathy medicines during pregnancy
Dear Doc,My wife is pregnent and i want to make a pregnancy kit for her.
Please advice safe Homepathy medicines during pregnancy for:
- Dry Cough
- Cough with Congention
- Throat infection
- Cold(runnig nose)
- Cold (blocked nose)
please help.

I don't really understand what you want exactly.
We don't have medicines specifically for those things. A homoeopathic medicine is chosen on the basis of the specific symptoms the patient is showing at the time of the illness, so there is no way you can prepare ahead of time for those things.
We have hundreds of remedies for dry coughs, throat infections, running or blocked noses. Actually it might even be closer to thousands.
However, you could buy a simple first aid emergency kit from most homoeopathic pharmacies. It may be useful for some acute illnesses she might have. However, there is a good chance you would actually need a remedy not contained within the kit, since nobody can predict exactly what an individual patient might need.
