sinus & diarrhoea

My husband was down with a flu since 3 days, started as a chill &fever, anxiety, cold feet, weakness, dizziness...

I gave him phosphorous 30 at bed time, slight improvement, repeated phosphorus 30 next day 4:00pm. This was on Sunday. Sunday night his symptoms aggravated, fever, nausea, desire to throw up, dizziness..
By next morning there was dramatic change, no fever, cold feet & hands, no anxiety, no nausea. Much weakness and starting of something that looked like a sinus.
Today, sinus developed, he feels air ways opening up, can't tolerate cold wind, pain on right temple, brow area, below cheek, feels air is very dry. He also had slight diarrhoea from the beginning but it wasn't constant, on and off, now diarrhoea is becoming more prominent and it burns towards the end.
I am not sure how I should proceed, these are the meds that come to my mind, arsenic, Rhustox, repeat phosphorus.....?
Any feedback is appreciated...Thank you.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have an update, he just had diarrhoea which led to elevated anxiety levels. Some months back he suffered from severe diarrhoea for 2 weeks, at that time too he had anxiety attacks and now it reminds him of the past experience. Afraid that he will die, feeling that will faint, darkening, negative thoughts...
Sinus has taken backstage now though it's present.

Thank you for taking the time to access this case.
