Hi sorry to be a pain, I have him another dose yesterday and he was unite happy during the day, however from 12pm last night he was waking every hour? Will this change?

I would suggest you to change the brand or the source you are getting the remedy from.
It seems the remedy is not holding long enough. I doubt if its the right potency.
If you see the same even after a dose of 30C from another source, go for one dose of 200C.

Should I give a dose of this before bed until another brand arrives? It's weleda I'm using? I have boiron camilia but that's 9c, should
I try that before bed?
I try that before bed?

Boiron is definitely a reputed brand. Now,if he is on 30C potency and it is not holding even for 2 days, I don't thing 9C will hold any better.
So, before the new remedy arrives, you can try 30C of weleda.
If the new remedy didn't give results, I will take some more information about your child to see if we missed out something.

Hi I'm not sure chamomilla is the remedy, he's still not sleeping he goes to bed after a bath and bottle at 6:30, sleeps till 10:30 then wakes at 12:30, 1:30, 2:30 3:30 and then from 4 I have to get him in bed with me, this has not changed at all, after the first 4 hours he Is a nightmare, I'm at my wits end as I NEED sleep, the chamomilla made the first nights sleep a little more settled but not much and we are back at the beginning again regardless of re dosing, should I try something else?

Also to add to this he's now very clingy in the day time and I'm finding it impossible to put him down, he also has a little dry skin behind his ears, and is sucking his fist most of the time

If Chamomilla is not producing a response and he is becoming clingy, he needs PULSATILLA.
Please don't give chamomilla any more because these two remedies are inimical and would cancel each other out.
Buy 30C and 200C potencies of Pulsatilla. Start with 30C potency a dose before he goes to bed at night. If he doesn't respond, go for 200C one dose.

Hi gave pulsatilla yesterday afternoon and then when went to give another dose before bed gave nux by mistake but he had a good night slept the best he has in ages only woke up 4 times and after 2 am when he's normally worse he slept ok

Good to know Pulsatilla produced a response. You can give one dose of 30C or 200C of Pulsatill whenever he slips back.

Do you think it was the pulsatilla? It's didn't have much effect during the day it was after the nux vomica that he improved? :-)

You used the word 'clingy' to describe him. This is a pulsatilla trait. However, nux and pulsatilla are complementary remedies and can be given in the same period.
Now, to know if it was Nux or Pulsatilla, you can give Nux one dose when he slips back again. Observe his sleep for the next two days.
