Dear sir,
I will continue the medicines from tomorrow as I have to buy it from market..But this has been the 4th day I am not getting headache..shall I wait for some more days..

RP Tamhankar is asking about your vision? Have you had your eyes
checked? ( Maybe, you need glasses or new glasses- or there could
be some other eye issue)

Dear Sir,
I have had my eyes vision check today. Doctor says my vision is OK.. he prescribed me only an eye drop and he said it is OK if I don't want to take that also..
Tonight I will take Tuburculinum 1m and day after tomorrow I will be taking nat mur 2oo and belladona 30 for another week..
One doubt: now I am taking water only when I feel thrust. but sometimes I feel burning sensation in my stomach.. shall I increase my water intake now..

The last three days I have not suffered from headache.. One thing I noticed the day I am not in office I don't have any problem..
Sir, I have also started ANULAM VILLOM AND KAPALBHATI..

I think to an extent yes, but I had same problem in my previous branch. But when I was working as a faculty in NIIT (3 years) I did not have such problem at all.

After taking the Belladona and Nat mur that feeling is gone.. I think in off days I am in rest so, i don't feel stress..
I have noticed that
1. when the temperature is hot, and I sweat a lot my headache starts in the evening..
2. These days I am feeling weakness more particularly in the second half of day(after taking belladona) and my headache starts..
3. My sleep is not complete. Though I am at bed at night and my eyes are closed I cant sleep. I feel very difficult to go in sleeping.. if i wake up at night for going bathroom or I wake up by some bad dream or by any sound It takes sometimes 2 hours to go back into sleep... and the next day does not start with good mood.
4. If I am hurt by any feeling I feel something in my throat uncomfortable and in the evening my headache...
Dear sir, I don't know what is happening .. I am stopping my medicine for two days.. as I feel belladona is making me weakness in the evening..
my eyes become small(means i balls get deep) when i feel headache..

Good news.. I am no more suffering from headache in the evening and it has been a week.. I have stopped the medicines 3 days back.. My last experience had been ' if i sweat too much and the day is hot ' i suffer from headache.. But since the last week i am relieved.. Thank you sirs making my headache go.. Please let me know if I have to take any more any medicines..
I thank Mr. R.P. Tamhankar sir from bottom of my heart for taking my case seriously ,researching it and making every effort to cure it..without you sir it was really a very very difficult problem for me to bear..

The headache started today again.. Last week I was deputed in another branch, the days were smooth.. Today I joined back my workplace and in the morning itself I found uncomfortable /uneasy with my boss.. Then slowly headache geared up in th evening... Help please..

Stop all other medicines now and start
1. Gelsemium-200 6 pills twice a day
2. Kali Phos-200x 3 pallets twice a day
Pl keep 30-40 minutes gap between 1 and 2
Pl take this treatment for one week and then give feedback

first dose of Gelsemium-200 taken at 9:00 am and second dose at 1:45 pm..
