Need help! Excessive Hair loss. Itchy and burning scalp

Hi, i need homeopathic remedy for my excessive hair loss. The problem started a few months ago and i m nearly bald near my forehead. I had my babies (twins) in december by c section. They were born prematurely and stayed in neonatal for a while. One of them came home in january but my daughter stayed in until april. My problem started in march when i put onion juice in my head in an effort to keep my hair healthy. Since then my hair are falling badly and i have very itchy scalp. I feel it scaly sometimes and when i scratch i get dandruff like pieces in my hand. During the same peried, i.e in march my doctor diagnosed me with celiac that is gluten allergy. Low blood count, vit d deficiency, low folic acid. I m not taking any supplement at all. Plz give me some medicine and suggest me what should i do. Thanks
