Dog with swollen lymph nodes

10-year-old golden retriever.
Diagnosed with mine disease in 2010. Has been treated several times for it with Doxy. Last month became very lethargic and white blood cell count was very high. Also another high positive for Lyme. Treated with Doxy again but lymph nodes have not gotten smaller they are quite large. That thinks it may be lymphoma, but test is $150 and if it came back positive I probably would not put dogs through the chemo. Dog is eating and is still quite active. White blood cell count went back to normal after the 10 days on doxy. No fever. What can I use for treatment of the swollen lymph nodes?

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give him Merc Sol 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

One dose means one pill or drop dissolved in some water.

I havent been able to find the remedy suggested. He is more lethargic today and panting, maybe due to the enlarged nodes.
Any other suggestions for another remedy that I may have in my kit?
