epididymitis, vericocele, hydrocele?

Hi, I'm in a desperate need of help. Around four months ago I started feeling pain in my right testicle, but the pain would come and go. Then it started to be more constant and it spread to the right side of my lower abdomen. I have seen a doctor and done a ct scan and I was told that it's vericocele and hydrocele and I was prescribed a course of antibiotic (who's name I cannot remember), it didn't work. The pain was only getting stronger and stronger and more constant. I saw another doctor who decided that I have epididymitis and put me on doxycline. I have been on it for three weeks now and no changes. I'm in constant pain, I can't stand up or walk for too long because the pain just gets too strong. The only time I feel better is when I lie down and take some ketoprofene. I've been off work for two weeks now and I don't know what to do because I have to go back soon but the pain doesn't go away. Just to add some more details, I'm 28 and I have Multiple Sclerosis. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thank you.
