What do you mean by 'fails to act' exactly?

Thanks for replying Evocationer. I meant when a very good remedy was prescribed but it doesnt work in centesimal potencies....could it work out in LMs?

Thanks.

Do you mean it had no effect at all - no aggravation, no new symptoms, no improvement - nothing?

Nothing at all

If you have tried several potencies, then it is the wrong remedy. Completely wrong. Either that or the remedies you are using are flawed in some way.

Switching to LMs will not make such a remedy more effective.

The simillimum at any potency will have an effect - it may not be exactly what you want, but there is always a response. Nothing, means there is no sensitivity to it. Regardless of how good it appears on paper, the proof is in the pudding, as they say.
